Policies

These policies will be enforced with every client who books with me. Please scroll down and review before booking your appointment. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel before this time period will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the services scheduled. Fee will need to be paid before you can rebook.

No-Show Policy

In the event that you no-call no-show, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service that was scheduled. Fee must be paid before you can rebook.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds

While refunds are not issued at our salon, we will do redo's if a mistake is made by the stylist. If you notice a mistake has been made, you must contact your stylist within 48 hours of your initial appointment. From there, you will set up an appointment within the the next 7 days to have the mistake fixed, free of charge. Any further appointments made will be paid for by guest in full.

Late Arrival

There is a 15-minute grace period for showing up late to your appointment. If you are running late, please inform your stylist/technician. You will be informed if adjustments to your appointment will have to be made.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
